MANUFACTURING PROGRAM
The production program of Mechania, sro is focused on precision engineering products. We specialize in custom small series production, workpieces, castings and forgings. Production facilities are equipped with quality machinery for heavy and light machining, assembly and testing of individual products. The modern design and development base together with international certifications guarantee quality and reliability.

MACHINERY EQUIPMENT
Modern machines and "old" Czech quality
The company has modern machines from renewed manufacturers such as Mazak, Takamaz or Index, but also ŠKODA machinery.
We currently use pro production 29 machines:
4 CNC lathe centers
2 long-turning CNC machines
4 machines for finishing by grinding and polishing
NC programs are prepared either dialogically directly on stroji or via external CAD / CAM software AlphaCAM, GibbsCAM or Mazatrol.
